However, the limited space determines that the technology cannot be used between the battery components, so the manufacture of retractable batteries requires another way. To this end, scientists use metal wire to connect into a longer waveform line to fill the small space between battery components. The lines connected to the component are large "S" shape, and there are many small "S" metal wires. When the battery is stretched, the big "S" will be stretched and disappeared first. It will disappear with stretching, and the connection between 100 parallel electrodes will become closer. This is the key to the new battery that can extend to 3 times its size.
