If 24 divided by 3.7 equals 6.5, then 7 cells need to be connected in series to achieve the required voltage. Then, four sets of identical series cells need to be connected in parallel to achieve a capacity of 20000mAh. Therefore, a total of 7 multiplied by 4 equals 28 cells.
