1. The impact of design and manufacturing processes

The cycling performance of the battery is only prolonged when the positive and negative electrode materials match well. In terms of ingredients, attention should be paid to the amount of positive and negative materials added.
2. The influence of charging cutoff voltage
The amount of lithium removed from NMC materials is directly proportional to the charging cutoff voltage, which means that the higher the charging cutoff voltage, the greater the amount of lithium removed from NMC materials, and correspondingly, the more unstable the material structure. Therefore, the charging cutoff voltage should be reasonably selected based on the design life of the ternary lithium battery pack.
3. Positive and negative pole compaction
Excessive compaction of the positive and negative electrodes can increase the energy density of the battery cell, but it can also reduce the cycling performance of the material to a certain extent. From a theoretical analysis, the greater the compaction, the greater the structural damage to the material. The structure of the material is the basis for ensuring that the lithium battery can be recycled, that is, the lifespan of the lithium battery.
