  (1) When the temperature of 3C lithium battery is too high, the positive active substance will automatically decompose, the electrolyte will be oxidized, generating a lot of heat, further improving the battery temperature, affecting the battery stability; When the temperature is too high, the negative pole of the battery will react exothermically with the electrolyte, causing overheating, combustion and explosion of the battery, which is dangerous

  (2) Process The manufacturing process of 3C lithium battery needs to be standardized and strict. In the manufacturing process, the battery material quality, slurry uniformity, coating and cutting control are very important. Each process will affect the safety performance and quality of the battery. The manufacturing process of 3C lithium battery can be divided into positive and negative material mixing, coating, cutting, punching, rolling, electrolyte filling, forming, volume division, sealing, assembly, etc

  (3) In the process of using 3C lithium battery, if the method is not appropriate, it may also cause potential safety hazards to the battery. For example, if the battery is overcharged and discharged during charging, charging for a long time will cause the battery to expand. Once the internal temperature exceeds the set value, the battery may be short circuited in extreme cases, resulting in battery burning or explosion

  (4) The non-standard testing of 3C lithium batteries will lead to the introduction of low-quality batteries with unstable performance into the market, making batteries with potential safety hazards even more unsafe. Therefore, the focus of 3C lithium battery test is to standardize the test process, select appropriate battery test modules, strictly record the test results, and rework the batteries with quality problems
