From the investment of Dongxu Optoelectronics in Yihuatong, Xiongtao Power in Procreate Hydrogen Energy, Snowman in water-based energy, and Dayang Electric in the construction of hydrogen fuel cell system for 17,000 commercial vehicles annually produced in Xiaochang, Hubei, China's 50 billion yuan heavy truck hydrogen energy vehicle project is located in Jinan High tech Zone. From these investment cases, we can see that fuel cells and funds are still in the "love period". Professor Mao Zongqiang, a professor of Tsinghua University and vice president of the International Hydrogen Energy Association, said that the total investment in hydrogen fuel cells had reached nearly 39.8 billion yuan so far. These production lines will be completed within one to two years. By then, about 160000 sets of hydrogen fuel cells will be built, which can assemble 160000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. As for the national subsidy policy, Yi Baolian, academician of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, believes that fuel cell vehicles have great advantages in the subsidy policy, including 200000 yuan for passenger cars, 300000 yuan for minibuses and 500000 yuan for buses. When some local governments also provide supporting subsidies at a ratio of 1:1, a fuel cell bus can receive a subsidy of 1 million yuan, which is basically equivalent to purchasing the entire fuel cell system. Despite the rapid development of hydrogen fuel power cells, there are still some problems, among which the problem of hydrogen refueling station is the first. For the hydrogen refueling station, there are still many details to be solved. The most important is the lack of hydrogen energy infrastructure.
3、 The development of hydrogen fuel cell infrastructure is relatively lagging behind
At present, there are only seven hydrogen refueling stations in China, including two in Beijing, two in Shanghai, one in Guangzhou, one in Shenzhen, and one built by Yutong Automobile. At this rate of development, it is estimated that there will be only a dozen by 2020, far from meeting the demand. According to relevant regulations, the state will grant subsidies only if the daily hydrogen refueling capacity of the hydrogen refueling station can meet the needs of 20 fuel cell buses. Therefore, at present, all hydrogen refueling stations are constructed according to the standard of meeting the daily hydrogen refueling capacity of 20 buses, otherwise losses will be caused. According to this calculation, 500 hydrogen refueling stations are required for 10000 vehicles, otherwise, no matter how many hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are produced and sold, they cannot be used normally. Therefore, hydrogen refueling stations are the most important problem. The second is the approval process of government hydrogen refueling stations. Due to the construction cost and technical difficulties of the hydrogen refueling station, the government should increase its support for the construction of the company's hydrogen refueling station. The hydrogen energy standardization committee has formulated the national standard for hydrogen refueling stations, so the difficulty now lies in the approval process. The local government thinks that the construction of hydrogen refueling station is risky. If something goes wrong, they don't know who should be responsible. Therefore, the reason for the slow construction progress of the hydrogen refueling station is not the lack of funds, but the long approval process of the local government. Third, improve government subsidy policies and encourage the construction of large capacity hydrogen refueling stations. Compared with small hydrogen refueling stations, large capacity hydrogen refueling stations can first meet the needs of more hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and then form an industrial chain advantage around, which is more conducive to promoting the rapid development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Compared with foreign countries, the relevant domestic policy is to obtain a subsidy of up to 4 million yuan for the production of more than 200 kg of hydrogen per day. This makes everyone choose to build a small hydrogen refueling station that meets the subsidy standard of 200kg to obtain the subsidy for the construction of hydrogen refueling station, rather than consider a larger hydrogen refueling station. Take Japan for example. Japan's subsidy policy is that hydrogen stations need to produce more than 1500 kilograms of hydrogen per day to obtain subsidies. The subsidy amount is 50% of the total construction cost, but the maximum subsidy is 22 million yuan. If we invest more than 40 million yuan to build a hydrogen refueling station, the construction party can recover half of the construction cost, which also promotes the construction of Japan's hydrogen refueling station to a certain extent. 2017 was a turning point for the hydrogen fuel cell industry. Many new energy vehicle enterprises have increased the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and hydrogen fuel cell companies have also increased investment and established production lines. However, if fuel cell vehicles want to be popularized, the construction of hydrogen refueling stations is essential. For the future of hydrogen fuel power cell, in order to truly realize clean energy utilization and clean transportation, "hydrogen" should do its best.
