🔧 Ways to Customize LiPo Battery

1. Voltage (V) – Number of Cells in Series

• Each LiPo cell has a nominal voltage of 3.7V.

• Combine cells in series (S) to increase voltage:

• 1S = 3.7V

• 2S = 7.4V

• 3S = 11.1V

• 4S = 14.8V, etc.

• Custom Config: Pick the voltage based on your electronics or motor controller needs.

2. Capacity (mAh or Ah)

• Capacity determines how long the battery can power a device.

• Custom ranges: From 10mAh (tiny wearables) to 50,000mAh+ (large drones or robots).

• Choose higher capacity for longer runtime, but expect increased size and weight.

3. Discharge Rate (C Rating)

• Indicates how fast the battery can safely discharge.

• Example: A 1000mAh 20C battery can provide 20A continuous current.

• You can request high-C custom packs for high-performance applications like:

• Drones (burst power)

• RC race cars

4. Shape / Size

• LiPo cells can be made in custom dimensions:

• Thin and flat for wearables

• Curved for medical devices or phones

• Compact rectangles for drones

5. Connectors & Wiring

• Choose custom connectors:

• JST, XT60, XT90, Molex, etc.

• Wire gauge (thickness) and length can be customized.

6. Protection Circuit (PCM/BMS)

• Add a custom PCM (Protection Circuit Module) or full BMS:

• Overcharge / over-discharge protection

• Short-circuit protection

• Cell balancing

• Required for safety, especially in embedded systems.

7. Temperature Sensors / Heaters

• You can integrate:

• NTC thermistors for temperature monitoring

• Heaters or thermal pads for cold environments

8. Branding / Labels / Enclosure
