  1. High multiple -rate battery cells Polarine: Apply the positive pole material to the aluminum foil, and then stamped for molding.

  3. High multiple -rate battery diaphragm: Put it between the positive polar tablets and the negative pole tablet. The function of the diaphragm is to separate the battery positive and negative poles to prevent the two poles from short circuit. The diaphragm itself is not conductive, but the electrolyte ion can pass.

  4. High -power battery cell pole ear: The main role of pole ear is to pass the internal positive and negative electrical energy to the external circuit. The polymer battery is a positive aluminum belt and the negative electrode is a nickel belt. Considering the seal with the aluminum -plastic packaging film, there is a layer of pole ears on the polar ear. At the same time, because the positive aluminum belt is easy to break, special attention should be paid to protection during processing, transportation, storage, and use. In order to ensure the sealing effect, the material of the pole ears is basically the same as the inner material of the packaging membrane, mainly PE substances.

  5. High multiple -rate battery cell packaging film: The polymer battery is packaged in aluminum -plastic composite membrane, which is at least three layers: the middle layer is aluminum layer, and the outer layer is a glue layer. The role of the inner layer is the rubber layer, which is sealing and preventing the electrolytes from corroding the aluminum layer. The aluminum plastic film is stamped and molded into the shape of the shell. Aluminum -plastic film packaging resistance is much worse than the metal shell battery. The short circuit inside the battery can easily cause bloating. In severe cases, the seal will crack. Because of this, the battery safety performance packaged by aluminum -plastic film is better than the metal shell battery.

  6. High -power battery cell electrolyte: The electrolyte is used as a carrier of energy transmission in the battery. The voltage of the lithium -ion battery is as high as 3 ~ 4.2V. Therefore, the electrolyte can only be used with organic solvents, and the electrolyte of the water -soluble fluid cannot be used (1.23V of the water decomposition voltage). Lithium salts commonly used in lithium -ion batteries include LIPF6, LIBF4, LIClo4, organic solvents include PC (carbonate), EC (carbonate), BC (carbonate), DMC (di "(dihydramid carbonate), DEC (Dec (DEC) Two ethyl carbonate), MEC (methyl ethylene carbonate), etc. The electrolytes used for lithium ion batteries must have the following characteristics: high conductivity, high chemistry and electrochemical stability, wide range of use temperature, good safety, cheap, etc.
