不一样,充电、放电和储存上限都可能不同。必须按具体型号分别记录连续工作温度、短时峰值温度、允许持续时间和对应负载,不能把画册中的单一“耐高温”描述用于全部产品。
两者都要测,但选型更应关注电池实际温度。设备电子器件、密闭外壳和充放电电流会造成内部温升,因此应在电池表面或指定测点记录稳态及峰值温度,而不是只引用室外天气温度。
不能默认相同。核对具体型号在目标温度下的允许充电电压、电流、温度降额、停止充电阈值和恢复条件,并确认设备温度传感器位置能反映电池真实温度。
先减少热源耦合并建立明确散热路径。检查电池与功率器件的距离、空气流道、导热和隔热材料、安装方向、通风口及密封要求;随后在最大负载和最高环境温度下测量稳态温升。
按最差温度和负载组合测试。测试计划应包含环境及电池温度、冷却或通风状态、初始 SOC、持续和峰值电流、充电状态、保温时间、循环次数、截止条件及容量、温升和保护动作验收标准。
