重点核对车辆电压、路线能量、爬坡峰值、充电器和电池仓尺寸。
按车辆现有电气平台选择,不能按容量大小选择。先读取控制器、原电池和充电器铭牌上的标称及最高工作电压;只有电池电压窗口、控制器输入范围和充电器输出范围同时匹配,才可进入容量比较。
先按每天实际耗能估算。记录单次路线长度、载重、坡度、平均速度和每日运行次数,最好读取现有系统一次完整班次的 Wh 消耗;没有实测值时,可用“平均功率 × 运行时间”估算,再为坡道、低温和电池老化预留余量。
不能默认使用。需要核对输出电压、最大电流、充电曲线、插头和极性;如果车辆通过通讯控制充电,还要确认 CAN、RS485 或其他接口及报文是否匹配。
核对控制器峰值电流和峰值持续时间。请提供电机功率、控制器持续及最大电流、最大坡度、满载重量和峰值持续时间,并确认电池 BMS、主端子、线缆和保险装置均满足要求。
至少测量电池仓长、宽、高和固定点位置。还应拍摄端子方向、线缆出口、充电口、显示器和维护开口,并记录允许重量、散热空间及车辆是否需要电量显示或通讯。
