Selection guide
Provide minimum startup, continuous operating, charging and storage temperatures together with load current, exposure duration and warm-up conditions. Cold discharge capability does not automatically establish low-temperature charging capability.
Confirm nominal voltage, usable capacity, continuous load, peak demand and charging limits.
Check enclosure space, mounting, terminals, connectors, cable routing and service access.

不能,低温放电能力不等于低温充电能力。必须分别查看最低充电温度、最低放电温度、温度检测和禁止充电逻辑;若项目需要零下充电,还要确认是否有加热以及加热启动条件。
至少提供四个温度值:最低启动、最低持续运行、最低充电和最低储存温度。还应提供冷浸时间、最低温度下的持续及峰值电流、是否有保温或预热,以及设备内部温度与环境温度的差异。
不能用一个通用百分比,应按具体型号和负载查看测试数据。比较室温与目标低温下的可用 Wh、电压跌落和内阻,并用项目实际电流曲线测试;没有数据时应保留更大的容量和功率余量。
不能,加热能力也有边界。需核对加热启动和停止温度、所需输入功率、升温时间、冷浸后的可用电量、加热时是否允许带载,以及保温结构;加热消耗也要计入续航。
按实际工况设定冷浸和负载曲线。写明目标温度、冷浸时间、初始 SOC、充放电电流、峰值持续时间、截止条件、恢复时间和验收标准,并记录电芯温度、电压、容量和保护动作。
