从容量计算、充电器兼容、启动电流和询价资料入手,快速判断项目是否匹配。
先按续航需求计算容量。用“平均负载功率 W × 工作时间 h”得到所需能量 Wh,再用“所需能量 Wh ÷ 系统标称电压 V”估算 Ah;随后增加合理余量,并核对持续电流、峰值电流、安装尺寸和允许重量。例如平均负载 500W、运行 2 小时,基础需求约为 1000Wh,不能只凭原铅酸电池外壳大小选型号。
只有充电参数匹配时才能继续使用。请记录充电器的输出电压、最大电流、充电阶段和温度补偿功能,再与目标钠离子型号的允许充电电压和电流逐项比较;如果充电器带有铅酸均衡、去硫化或脉冲修复模式,应先停止使用并单独核对。
因为标称电压相同不代表工作范围和接口相同。至少核对五项:充电截止电压、放电截止电压、持续及峰值电流、端子与极性、外壳尺寸;还要确认设备是否依赖铅酸电池的电压下降特性判断剩余电量。
用峰值电流而不是平均功率判断。请测量或提供设备启动时的最大电流、峰值持续时间和重复频率,并确认电池、保护系统、端子和线缆都能承受该负载;只看 Ah 容量无法判断是否能启动电机或逆变器。
提供一张完整需求表最快。应包括设备电压、平均和峰值负载、目标续航、原电池型号、充电器铭牌、可用尺寸、端子照片、工作温度、数量、目标市场和是否需要标签、连接器或包装定制。
