A Mobile Power Proposal for Outdoor Maintenance

A South Korean customer needed a power approach for outdoor construction and maintenance tools. The customer wanted to reduce the transport and use burden associated with carrying a diesel generator and fuel-storage equipment.

Hysincere proposed wheeled portable energy storage, considering both tool power and movement around the work site. The configuration review focused on tool ratings, startup demand, working time and handling conditions.

Check the Tools Before Choosing the Power Source

A tool list should identify the equipment that will be used, its operating power and its startup requirements. It should also show which tools need to run together. A power source selected only from one tool’s rated wattage may not address the full working arrangement.

The working schedule matters as well. A tool used briefly several times has a different energy requirement from a load running throughout the shift. For a similar project, describe the planned tasks and operating time alongside the electrical specifications.

Movement Is Part of the Configuration

The proposed wheeled arrangement addresses the need to move power to the work area. Handling conditions therefore belong in the brief alongside output and stored energy.

Share the route to the working position, available access and how the unit will be transported between sites. The storage equipment, tool connections and handling arrangement need to suit those conditions as a complete setup.

Tool Matching and Sample Evaluation

Hysincere’s proposal included assessing the storage configuration and arranging matching checks with the tools. Before adopting a similar setup, agree the equipment combination and evaluate:

  • Startup of each intended tool and operation under its working load.
  • The combination of tools expected to run at the same time.
  • The working schedule, energy requirement and replenishment arrangement.
  • Connections, positioning, transport and movement at the intended site.

The project is a proposed alternative for this application. The selected system and its operating time need to be checked against the actual tools and working conditions.

What to Include in a Tool-Power Enquiry

Send tool names and electrical specifications, startup information if available, expected operating time and the number of tools used together. Add the available charging conditions and the transport or access constraints.

With these inputs, Hysincere can discuss the storage configuration and a practical tool-matching plan before equipment is selected.
