36V LiFePO4 Batteries

A 36V LiFePO4 battery normally has a nominal voltage of 38.4V. The typical maximum charging voltage is 43.8V, and the discharge cut-off voltage is normally around 30V. Controllers, chargers and other equipment should be compatible with this operating voltage range.

The current catalog mainly includes 38.4V 52Ah and 38.4V 63Ah models, providing approximately 1996.8Wh and 2419.2Wh of rated energy. Bluetooth monitoring and automatic self-heating are available on selected models.

A single 38.4V LiFePO4 battery may replace three 12V lead-acid batteries connected in series when the equipment voltage range, current, capacity, dimensions and charger are compatible. The maximum operating voltage of the controller and other connected equipment must also be checked.

A dedicated 36V LiFePO4 charger with a maximum output of approximately 43.8V is recommended. Do not rely only on the charger's 36V label; confirm its actual output voltage, charging profile and maximum charging current.

Selected Hysincere 36V models support configurations up to 1S4P, allowing parallel expansion while maintaining the same system voltage. All connected batteries should be the same model and capacity and should have a similar voltage and state of charge.
