Battery Solutions for Lead-Acid Replacement, Low-Temperature Applications, and Home Energy Storage
The smarter E Europe 2026 took place at Messe München from June 23 to 25, 2026. The event brought together 2,650 exhibitors from 52 countries and welcomed more than 105,000 trade visitors across 19 exhibition halls.
At booth B4.650E, Hysincere presented three core product lines: lead-acid replacement lithium batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and home energy storage systems. The exhibition gave our team the opportunity to discuss real operating requirements with customers, distributors, system integrators, installers, and other industry professionals.
Exhibition Highlights: Focused Discussions Around Real Projects
Throughout the exhibition, the booth attracted steady interest. The clear product layout, physical product displays, and on-site technical explanations helped visitors evaluate product capabilities and determine whether the solutions matched their equipment and project requirements.
We received more than 160 visitors, including system integrators, distributors, installers, and end users from Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. More than 80 prospective partners discussed product selection, sample testing, technical customization, and future project cooperation with our team.
Three Product Lines for Different Operating Needs
No single battery chemistry or system configuration is suitable for every application. Hysincere therefore continues to develop multiple battery technologies and product platforms for different temperatures, installation conditions, communication requirements, service-life expectations, and budget targets.
Lead-Acid Replacement Lithium Batteries: A Practical Upgrade
Hysincere lead-acid replacement batteries use LiFePO4 chemistry and an in-house developed smart BMS. They are designed for industrial and leisure mobility applications such as forklifts, AGVs, sightseeing vehicles, floor-cleaning machines, golf carts, RVs, and marine equipment.
When voltage, dimensions, charging requirements, communication protocols, and current demands are properly matched, these batteries can provide a practical upgrade from traditional lead-acid batteries while minimizing changes to the existing equipment.
- Lower weight and higher usable energy than comparable lead-acid configurations.
- Longer cycle life and reduced replacement frequency, depending on the operating profile.
- Smart BMS protection with options for Bluetooth, CAN, RS485, and customized interfaces.
- Customized voltage, capacity, enclosure, connector, and installation dimensions.
Sodium-Ion Batteries: Built for Low-Temperature Performance
Sodium-ion technology is one of Hysincere’s key research and development directions. At the exhibition, we presented sodium-ion cells and battery modules for energy storage and light-duty motive applications.
Under specified internal test conditions, the showcased sodium-ion solution retained more than 82% of its rated discharge capacity at −40°C. This low-temperature capability attracted attention from customers serving Nordic and other cold-climate markets.
As sodium-ion batteries move from demonstration projects toward broader commercialization, Hysincere is evaluating the technology according to its long-term value in low-temperature performance, safety, material availability, cycle life, and application compatibility.
Home Energy Storage Systems: Smarter Use of Household Energy
To support household energy independence and electricity-cost optimization, Hysincere presented a modular home energy storage system with flexible expansion from 5 kWh to 30 kWh. The system is designed to work with mainstream single-phase and three-phase photovoltaic inverters, subject to project-level compatibility confirmation.
The integrated energy management system monitors household loads and photovoltaic generation in real time. It can support operating modes such as daytime solar charging, off-peak discharge, and rapid switchover to backup power during grid outages. The slim, appliance-style design is intended to simplify installation and integrate more naturally into residential environments.
Quality and Compliance: From Cell Selection to In-House BMS Development
One of the most common questions from visitors was, “Where do your cells come from? Is the BMS developed in-house?”
Our answer was clear: Hysincere sources battery cells from tier-one manufacturers such as CATL, EVE Energy, and Gotion High-Tech, while its BMS solutions are developed in-house. Battery safety is not merely a technical requirement. It is essential to equipment operation, user safety, and long-term project reliability.
Management Systems
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Product Compliance
Depending on the product model and target market, relevant certifications and test reports may include KC, PSE, IEC 62619, CB, UL, BIS, UN 38.3, and CE.
Safety Documentation
Relevant supporting documents may include MSDS and other market- or project-specific technical files.
These systems, certifications, reports, and technical documents are not simply prepared for inspections. They form part of our daily quality-control and product-development process.
A Professional Team for Efficient Technical Communication
Hysincere was represented by colleagues from marketing, engineering, and sales. The marketing team collected market feedback and communicated brand and product information. Engineers answered technical questions and discussed application-specific requirements. The sales team coordinated timely follow-up with interested customers and potential partners after the exhibition.
Visitors recognized the team’s product knowledge, response speed, and practical approach. For Hysincere, sincerity is not only part of the brand name. It is reflected in how we communicate, solve problems, and support customers throughout a project.
Expanding Our Presence in Europe
The exhibition helped Hysincere strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand its professional network in Europe. Discussions at the show confirmed continued demand for safe, long-life, and application-specific battery solutions across industrial mobility, leisure mobility, and residential energy storage.
Hysincere will continue to develop LiFePO4, sodium-ion, and other advanced battery technologies while focusing on practical engineering, reliable manufacturing, and long-term cooperation with customers worldwide.
