4. Lithium iron phosphate industry has scattered talents and cannot form a complementary mechanism. Lithium iron phosphate is a high -tech industry. However, most of the domestic iron phosphate companies in China are supported by 1-2 technicians, and there is no concept of a team. Most of the current technical mentality in this industry is impetuous. As long as they are a bit capable, they are not willing to be a supporting role, but they like to stand on their own. It is a fatal issue in this industry.
