  The charging process of a battery is a complex electrochemical process, characterized by:

  (1) There are many factors that affect charging in multiple variables, such as the concentration of the electrode plate and dielectric, the state of the active material on the electrode plate, and the temperature of the charging environment, all of which have a direct impact on the maximum charging current that a battery can withstand.

  (2) Generally speaking, nonlinearity means that the charging current decreases exponentially with charging time during the charging process, and it is not possible to control the entire charging process solely with constant current or constant voltage.

  (3) Even for batteries of the same type and capacity with complex electrochemical properties, the charging acceptance capacity varies greatly depending on the historical state of discharge during use and the remaining charge.

  As a battery pack that provides power for electric vehicles, the charging and discharging processes are more complex due to the complexity of the usage environment. Especially, overcharging and overcharging can cause irreversible damage to the battery structure, greatly affecting its health and performance. Lithium battery technology has significant performance advantages compared to traditional battery technology, but it also has higher requirements for monitoring systems. If not properly controlled, it will not only cause damage to the structure of the battery, but also cause danger.
