The charging process of a battery is a complex electrochemical process, characterized by:

As a battery pack that provides power for electric vehicles, the charging and discharging processes are more complex due to the complexity of the usage environment. Especially, overcharging and overcharging can cause irreversible damage to the battery structure, greatly affecting its health and performance. Lithium battery technology has significant performance advantages compared to traditional battery technology, but it also has higher requirements for monitoring systems. If not properly controlled, it will not only cause damage to the structure of the battery, but also cause danger.
