How to use lithium ion battery correctly?

  1. The special lithium ion battery charger shall be used to charge the lithium ion battery. The lithium ion battery is charged in a constant current and voltage mode. Charging voltage: the maximum charging voltage is 4.2V * n (n: number of batteries in series). Charging current: the recommended charging current is 0.5c (for example, for a battery with a nominal capacity of 1500mah, the charging current is 0.5 * 1500=750mah). Charging temperature: The battery shall be charged within 0 ℃ ℃.

  2. Discharge current of lithium ion battery: the discharge current shall be less than or equal to 1.0c. (If you want to discharge the battery with a current greater than 1.0c, please contact us) Discharge temperature: the battery should discharge (work) within the temperature range of - 20C to+60C. Discharge termination voltage: the discharge termination voltage of the battery shall not be less than 2.5V * n (n: number of batteries in series). Excessive battery discharge will shorten battery life, and even lead to battery failure

  3. The storage environment of lithium ion batteries shall be clean, dry and ventilated, with an ambient temperature of - 5C35 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Contact with corrosive substances shall be prevented, and fire and heat sources shall be kept away. The battery capacity shall be kept at 30% to 50% of the nominal capacity. It is recommended to charge the lithium battery every 6 months

  4. Lithium ion batteries shall be packed in transport cases. During transportation, it shall be protected from severe vibration, impact or extrusion, sunlight and rain. They can be transported by vehicles, trains, ships, planes and other means of transportation.
